I have a question about the foundation here (the church). Is it church as institution or church ( the body of Christ)?

I have completed all of the free courses, of which most of them keep showing up that they are not completed. I also paid for the Business as Mission Strategies and I am not receiving access because the prompt says I need to complete Biblical Foundations of Business as Mission of which I have taken twice now and the quiz, but it is showing incomplete.
Please advise on how I should move forward.
